Our menu was designed by Flor, our nutritionist and an expert in real-food recipes, and she wanted it gluten free from the very start.
The bread is gluten-free sourdough, and in the bakery we work with almond flour and gluten-free oats.
The sweets are sugar free: each is sweetened with dates, erythritol or honey, and the menu says which.
If you have coeliac disease or an allergy, ask us at the counter before you order.

Martina and her sister started out with Flor, a nutritionist, delivering real food in Buenos Aires. They opened a café there, and soon after Martina moved to Barcelona and opened Philosopheat here.
Inside there’s a corner of products from like-minded and local brands.
